The Nigeria vs Spain game is a game the Nigerians won't forget quickly. The game started with a quick goal from the Spanish full back, Jordi Alba which came as a surprise to everybody..  After watching the Nigeria defenders defend horribly against that first goal, an average supporter would have imagined the outcome already.

Just Watching players like Ideye & Musa alone in the first half would have been very depressing for the supporters. Second half kicked off and the fans were probably thinking the players were coming out to do better but it was the same story or even worse. El nino was back at it again. Doing what he does best for his nation. Scoring those lovely goals. You just have to admire the confidence in him..not every player can put their head down to score flying headers like that...especially in those kind of situations.

After those two goals, the fans already knew it was over. But the players were still searching for that one goal irrespective of the number of chances they had wasted. Sadly, they conceded again. This time around, it was from the Man of the match, the same defender that scored the first goal. And to watch a defender score a goal like that was just funny. Not like the goal keeper could do anything but it was funny still. Especially when you look at the facial expression on the keeper's face when he was approaching the defender.

Guess the coach has to go back to his drawing board and get this team back to their unbeaten ways. Spain is beatable. In fact, the Nigerians had more chances than them. But that's just football.
