Is Moyes The Problem OR ...

David Moyes

I've never done something like this before but when the pain becomes too much, you just gotta let people out there read your truth...

I must admit, I had my doubts when Moyes was unveiled as the new Manchester United manager. Lo and behold, my worst fears have materialised. I wonder how many prerequisite boxes David Moyes actually ticks? Probably the fact that he is Scottish? Apart from that, what else does he bring to the table?

Sir Alex was never the best technically or tactically, but he had the likes of Meulensteen, Quieroz and Phelan around him who were. Who does David Moyes have to assist him? Steve Round, a semi-retired Ryan Giggs and Phil Neville. Also, has anyone else noticed how much David de Gea has regressed this season?

It seems all the good work done by his former goalkeeping coach Eric Steele has been undone in little over six months! Even I (a seasoned veteran of the Football Manager series), would spot the many school-boy errors Moyes and co. are making week-in, week-out.

You would really have to be something special to turn the Champions of England into the laughing stock of Europe and possibly the world in less than a year. Moyes is a good manager and I like him a lot as a person, BUT, it is obvious he is out of his depth. I mean can you imagine a coach coming out to say "I don't know what we have to do to win again" like who says that???

The quicker the Glazers and the board realise this, the quicker we get out of this mess.. Its almost like the players don't even like him. During his time at Everton, he was well respected by the lads. This respect has flipped at OT, it is David Moyes looking up to the senior players - this is WRONG

He is also busy telling everyone how wonderful it is to be SAF's understudy - this is ALSO WRONG

Dear David, YOU ARE NOT SAFs UNDERSTUDY, SAF is not being a good teacher and Manchester United do not need a Learner in the driving seat. He must whip some discipline into the team, get them fired up, earn some respect, or someone must take action because it is all falling down and players like Januzaj and De Gea will not stick around while it does.
