Ozil Fans Need To Relax

The poor guy has been so much under pressure you have to feel for him a little. I still think he will come good. The ability is there in spades. He is a vastly intelligent player, and his passing in the final 3rd is superb at times. He just needs a bit more fight about him. 

When you spend £42m on a player, you don't just want talent. You need some fight and guts too. He lacks a little bit of the latter. When Arsenal need to dig deep and take control of a game, he's not the man to be relied on. For all the talent he has, he should be. 

He could do with watching some videos of Bergkamp and Henry. Players who provided when it really mattered. Players who had the technical ability, but backed it up with guts and guile. Ozil has everything at his feet to be one of the best players in the league. 

He just needs to dig in and realise this league isn't just about deft passing and slick, neat football. He needs to not let his head drop so quickly. He's too good for that.
