Is Sacking AVB The Right Step For Spurs?

Likeable individual but maybe AVB's time was up, to be honest i really don't know. i would have left him there longer personally to be honest. They are only eight points off the top and the way all teams were dropping points they could have got back in the mix if they had found some form.

Think whoever orchestrated all the summer signings might need to look at themselves also. Was it quantity over quality? While Bale was always going to go in my opinion, should spurs have gone for two world class players to replace him? The new players haven't shone through yet however i feel it nearly always takes players a year to get used to the EPL, yes some hit the ground running but generally it takes time. But sacking AVB was way too early. Managers hardly get love these days.

Whether the team is playing well or not, it all boils down to the manager at the end of the day.
