A Letter To Manchester United Fans

The fact that y'all keep comparing Martinez to Moyes is quite hurtful so I thought I'd let y'all feel me on my truth.
Martinez took over a hungry team on the way up and added some shrewd signings. But the foundation was built by Moyes. Moyes took over a team run by the most successful manager ever. A team where the key players have lost their hunger because they were mainly playing for the manager and the young players are nowhere near blooded in.
The fact that y'all keep comparing Martinez to Moyes is quite hurtful so I thought I'd let y'all feel me on my truth.
Also Martinez works without pressure knowing that a top 10 finish is good enough whereas Moyes is unrealistically expected to be a title challenger. You really can't compare but from what I have seen of Martinez's Wigan and Moyes's Everton over the years there is no doubt who is the better manager. Moyes is.
Martinez is undoubtedly doing a great job at Everton but how will he do next season when the loan players go back to their clubs and Barkley is sold when a big offer comes in, or any other Everton player that excels and attracts a high bid? Moyes did a fantastic job there to keep them at it for over 10 years and i'm sure he'll come good in the end at OT if given the time and the money. The only big question mark is whether he can attract top signings to OT, particularly if they don't qualify for Champs league or even Europe.
This Everton team is built on the solidity and resilience Moyes created. Why can't people see this? Martinez has added quality players and stamped his authority, but all the foundations were laid by Moyes. United leaked goals last season and relied on the superb Michael Carrick and RVP. So far they still leaking goals and missing Carrick. Its really not hard to understand.
