Don't Write Off Manchester United
After their early season slump, football loving fans were quick to write Manchester United out of not only the title race but also a place in Europe's top club competition but in recent weeks they seem to be finding their feet back in the league.
One thing that is inevitable when a new coach comes into a team, especially one with the quality of Manchester United is the pressure that comes with the job after the fans have been used to winning under the former boss, Ferguson.
Moyes has seen his team gradually settle in the league winning three of their last four league matches and losing none in their last seven after seeing them to their worst start in 24 years at th beginning of the season. One of the major reasons for such poor start is their inability to strenghten the team in the summer. No matter how good your team might be, you have to strengthen in the summer as we saw with Bayern Munich.
Now, their is still an opportunity to correct that during the winter transfer window but where they lie before then will really matter. Before, teams were willing to meet them but now they are on the rise, you won't be sure about that.
Though they find themselves 8th on the table and 8 points behind current leaders, Arsenal, they can't be written out of the title race just yet but where they are come January and what they do during the transfer window could have a major say on their season.
