La Liga Round 9 Review
Barcelona dropped points for the first time this season ending their 100 per cent start to the La Liga season. Their draw against Osasuna puts an end to a record that has seen them score in their last 65 games and also an end to their 13 games winning run in the league. Other results see Valencia lose to Real Sociedad at home with a 1-2 scoreline , Granada 0-2 Getafe, Elche defeated Real Betis to leap frog Sevilla to 9th position and Almeria who are the only yet to register a win this season losing to Rayo Vallecano 0-1,Celta Vigo 0-1 Levante and Athletic Bilbao defeated Villareal thanks to goals from Rico and Aduriz.
