The Boy Called NEYMAR
Messi and Neymar exchanging hand shake |
Neymar da Silver Santos who was born on the fifth of February year 1992 is one of the biggest professionals in Da Santos today. He plays mainly as a forward. Neymar won the 2011 South American footballer of the year award at the age of 19 and won again in 2012. He also won the FIFA Puskas Award.
Neymar is king on for his speed, his high acceleration, his dribbling and
of course, his finishing which makes his style completely different, thereby
earning him critical acclaim with fans and even the media.
Neymar is a multiple award winner but the question is “will
he make it big in Barca???”
Barcelona is a big football club where there are lots of
youngsters who are definitely going to serve as competitions for him. As a
Barcelona player, Neymar is probably going to have to put on more energy and
focus than he has in the previous years because it’s in the same club that we have
Iniesta, Messi, Pedro, villa and some other good players who are definitely
going to be contenders.
Yes, Neymar could succeed if he
continues being the hardworking and ever ready young man he has always been but
he’s got to have it on his mind that being a Barcelona player would mean being
in for a good competition, all eyes will be on him and a lot is definitely
expected from him. He’s got to be ready to take on anybody, remain the fearless
young man he’s always been... And let’s also not forget that Villanova wont
give him that free role Scolari gives him at Brazil…at least not for now. Looking
at the young lad though, he seems like that young player that needs to be
giving that freedom… but not when Messi is still in that squad. Naaaahhhh!
Would he be able to work with Messi???? Would he be able to play his game???? Would he be able to adapt to Barcelona
game of play???? Time would tell..
To whom much is given, much more is expected. We wish you
luck NEYMAR!!!
