Do Not Underestimate Tottenham

There will be a period of adapting if Spurs lose Bale but someone will step up for Spurs too or their manager will make sure of keeping the unit as strong as before by change of tactics using 2-3 players to fill the gap during the course of the season. Just Like Arsenal did to replace RVP. Cazorla, Podolski and
Giroud all chipped in together with the same amount of goals as RVP did at the same time as Walcott also took a step further.

Everyone said that Tottenham would crash after Modric instead Dembele has proved to be a more than capable replacement. If they sell Bale(which I doubt), they get money to buy someone else and they can still be around top 4. Spurs are good because they have a really good unit that also make Bale better. His role is to shine.

Therefore he does it. He could not do it without the hard work of the team and the chemistry they have developed over the years. Plus let's not forget that he also enjoyed a free role play under AVB who seems to have developed an understanding with him. Bale seems smart enough to know that and that is why he stays I think. Spurs have a young and really talented team that can really surprise next season if they keep Bale and get a striker in or get Adebayor to deliver one whole season.

They are better than Liverpool at the moment as their signings have not impressed me at all. The new Spaniards and Kolo are gambles and Allen, Borini have some growing to do. Carragher is gone and that will be noticed in the dressing room and Steven G is one year older. Coutinho and Sturridge hit it off though and that is why maybe many believe in them. I agree it would be nice to see Liverpool back in the top but think they should have re-hired Benitez instead of Rodgers for that to happen. He was free and wanted the job, knew the club the fans etc. Rodgers will maybe be a World Class Manager one day but Benitez is one right now. Spurs will finish before Liverpool next season for sure.
